To help you get the most out of the time you spend with your surgeon, we have created a Surgeon Discussion Guide. It features a series of questions to discuss with your surgeon, covering everything from your surgery to common concerns.
Simply choose the questions appropriate to you—or create your own.
Click on a topic (e.g., common concerns) to open it. Then, add a question to your Discussion Guide, by checking the box next to it. To remove a question, simply un-check the box.
To add your own question, go to the bottom of the guide, and type your question in the place provided. If you'd like to add multiple questions, simply repeat this process.
Once your Discussion Guide includes all the questions you need answers to, click the "Print" button.
